He went over his recommendation on how to fix the issues and what it entails. He was very thorough. Since I was there, they were able to fit me in for my cleaning so didn’t have to go back for my upcoming appointment. This was very convenient. The whole staff is great and hospitable. Previously: It was my first visit and everyone was kind and welcoming, there were lots of check ins throughout the xray process cause gagging or pain when pushing the mouth piece into the floor of my mouth (usually I get an “I knowww” but here there were attempts to reposition the bite piece so it didn’t creat issue and they still got the images needed). It felt very comfortable and relaxed, big thanks to the team I worked with! It makes me less nervous about the followup appointments!

We had a worse case scenario plan and a better case scenario plan. Once again, he was very thorough. Jamie was assisting and she was lovely. We had a few laughs and it was a great time. Amber, their office manager, was informative and was celebratory when I ended up needing the lower cost work and saved $500. I would highly recommend!
